About us

Knightvest Capital was founded in 2007 by David Moore and KC Kronbach.  As Principals, David and KC oversee the development of acquisitions, investor relations and asset management. They offer a focused plan specializing in value-add, multi-family strategies.  Knightvest Capital has successfully closed over $400 million of multifamily assets.

David Moore - Prior to founding Knightvest Capital in 2007, he was the Director of Investments for Macfarlan Capital Partners ("MCP"), a private-equity real estate firm focused on a diverse range of real estate. Prior to joining MCP, David worked at HFF, Prudential Capital and Arthur Andersen. David holds a BBA in Finance from University of Oklahoma, a MBA from SMU and the chartered financial analyst ("CFA") designation.

KC Kronbach - Prior to founding Knightvest Capital in 2007, KC was General Manager with full P&L responsibility for an international distributor's Texas and Mexico operations that was comprised of 5,000 clients. In 2005, he was part of the integration team while the company went public. KC holds a BBA in Marketing and International Business from Baylor University and MS from Saint Edward's University.

Nathan Grider - Nathan joined Knightvest Capital in 2012 as Vice President of Asset Management.  Prior to joining Knightvest Capital, he served as Asset Manager for the MGHerring Group and was responsible for the day-to-day operations of a four million square foot regional shopping center portfolio.  Prior to MGHerring, he was the Senior Vice President with The Apartment Group, a multifamily brokerage firm.  In his role, he oversaw underwriting and brokerage services of more than $250 million in assets.  He is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a BBA and MS in Finance.
